Accreditation Services

  • Expertise in a variety of healthcare settings, including acute and long term care, ambulatory and outpatient venues, dentistry, pediatric, and behavioral health settings.
  • Navigation of accreditation and regulatory survey and complaint processes, including the Joint Commission, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, OSHA, state and local departments of health, and other specialty-based designations.
  • Development of Everyday Readiness Culture.
  • Leadership in survey preparation, to include area-specific accountability structure, interpretation of standards, rounding and tracer activity, communications plan, day of arrival plan, policy review and improvements, and risk-stratified action plan.
  • Accreditation program analysis during times of transition or onboarding, which may include onsite assessment, phone and web consultation, and written reports based on best practices.
  • Time-sensitive analysis of accreditation or regulatory findings, statements of deficiencies and/or opportunities for improvement, organizational policies and procedures, relevant evidence based practices, and causation factors, along with corrective action recommendations, documentation support, and leadership communication plan.
